Nightingale-Alan Merger Adds Respiratory Equipment Sales & Services
In February of 2021, we were pleased to announce our merger with Nightingale-Alan, combining forces to bring imaging, biomedical, and respiratory-related equipment sales and services together to meet growing demand with streamlined service delivery and seamless customer experience. We announced the merger together to employees, customers, and vendors after years of work serving mutual clients in the field.
Company Structure Post-Merger
The combined company combines the talents of employees from both companies, operating as Tristate Biomedical Solutions under the leadership of Tyler Thornberry, headquartered at our facility in Franklin, Ohio.
Prior to the merger, Nightingale-Alan MES LLC. (NAMES) brought advanced respiratory technologies to market to help customers save money while improving patient care with strong in-house clinical experience. Now operating under the TBS brand, the former NAMES professionals carefully evaluate all products before taking them to market and create new standards of care with innovative product introductions. Specializing in servicing products from major ventilator manufacturers, the company provides timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and an exchange program.
Expanded Product & Service Offering
Now with an expanded offering, we provide a range of services, including general biomedical service and repairs, preventive maintenance programs, sales and service of X-ray equipment like C-Arms, and selling new and refurbished medical equipment now including a broader selection of respiratory equipment.
